Earlier this month I posted about the 1000 Journals Project that was coming to the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art next month. I have participated in journals from the project and love the idea of sending art out into the work. So, I decided to create my own journal to send out. I called my journal “A Day in My Life” and posted it to the 1001 Journals web site. I opened it up for signups last week and it was filled with requests within an hour. I finished my page documenting one day in my life and have now sent the journal off to the next person on the list.
