Last night I was getting caught up on reading all of my local art sister blog posts and discovered this wonderful project posted by Dawn.
This collaborative art project uses a Moleskine Cahier sketchbook. Each participating artist will receive one of the sketchbooks and a theme. My theme is “The Elephant in the Room”. I can’t wait to get the journal in the mail and begin working on it. I have until the end of this year to complete the journal and send it back to the project where it will become a permanent piece of the traveling exhibit.
I will be capturing the journal entries as I create them and posting those here and in the sketchbook gallery on the Art House Co-op website here.
The deadline to sign up is October 1.
