I finished the second panel last night while waiting for Santa to arrive.
I used Perle cotton, sequins, glass and gold beads and silk ribbon. Below is a close up of the stacked beads (I love the black and white striped ones).
I hope I have inspired you to try your own fabric journal. Keep it simple!!

Beautiful…but for me, I think I’ll stick with paper for now…maybe a fabric journal one day but I’m doing good not to hurt myself with scissors and a glue stick. lol Yours grows more lovely by the day, though, and I am loving watching it progress.
